"This is by far my most favourite Costa! Even now I no longer live in the area I still make trips back as much as I can. The Manager, Marcela, is lovely as are the staff (Nick inparticularly) They're on first name terms with my 2 boys who still ask to go "back to our old Costa" regularly. Service with a smile"

"Went twice in the same day. Early afternoon it was busy but the staff were all very friendly and helpful even though the work must have been hectic. I went back later for a Black Forest Frostino when it read quieter and again the staff were lovely to deal with, very fast with orders. I'll make this Costa a regular stop when I go to Tesco!"

"Always Excellent at Cradley Costa! . Always clean and fully stocked!. All the staff (especially the guy with the ponytail) Always friendly and happy to help!. They go above and beyond here for sure ! . Only problem is it’s that popular at times may need a few more seats !"
